- 2 teaspoons flaxseed
- About 1 cup frozen berries of your choice
- 1 medium-sized banana
- A small knob of ginger, grated
- A large handful of spinach
- CBD oil/CBD honey of your choice
There isn’t much work to this smoothie – just place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until everything is smooth! If you want a thinner smoothie, feel free to add water or milk to taste!
