Well, we’re here to let you know just how easy it can be to make a delicious spread for guests, or a shareable plate to take with you to someone else’s bar-b-que, and here’s the real kicker: all these recipes are infused with CBD!

Labor Day CBD-Infused Menu
Serves: 4 / CBD Dose Per Guest: 17.75mg CBD (not including drinks)
1 serving of Corn Salsa= 4.25mg CBD
1 serving of Noodles & Sundried Tomato Herb Cream= 5mg CBD
1 serving Honey Cheesecake Bar= 8.5mg CBD
First Course- CBD Corn Salsa & Chips
This corn salsa is super easy to make (takes about 15 minutes) and as far as infusing CBD goes, it doesn’t get much easier than this! Simply stir the CBD honey in with the rest of the ingredients, and voila! Your salsa is now CBD’d up!
Time: 15 min Yield: 4 servings
- 1 can of sweet corn, drained
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & minced
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Inspire CBD Honey (17mg CBD)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Mix ingredients together in a large bow. Cover with saran wrap and let chill until it’s time to serve.
Second Course- Bowtie Noodles with Sundried Tomato + Herb Cream
These noodles are topped with our 150mg CBD tincture, a flavorless and food-friendly CBD product.
Time: 20 min Yield: 4 servings
- 3 Tbsp basil leaves
- 6 Tbsp oil-packed sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup light cream or half-and-half
- 1 pound bow tie noodles
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Top with parmesan (optional)
- GRH 150mg CBD tincture (.5 ml per serving/5mg per .5 ml)
In a blender or food processor, puree the sun-dried tomatoes and basil leaves with ½ a cup of the cream.
In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the noodles until just done (roughly 15 minutes).
Save a ½ cup of pasta water. Drain the pasta and toss with the puree, the remaining ½ cup of cream, ⅓ cup of the saved pasta water, salt, pepper, and parsley. If the sauce seems too thick, thin it by adding more of the saved pasta water.
Serve the pasta in four separate dishes. Then, place ½ ml of the 150mg CBD tincture right on top of each pasta dish. There’s 5mg of CBD in every .5 ml of this tincture, so each plate will get 5mg of CBD in this dish. Sprinkle with parmesan, and enjoy!
Third Course- No-Bake Honey Cheesecake Bars
Delicious CBD honey cheesecake bars. They’re kind of a no-brainer!
Time: 3-4 hrs. Yield: 4 servings
- 1 package of graham crackers crushed
- 2 Tbsp. Inspire CBD honey
- 2 Tbsp. regular honey
- 1 cup yogurt, vanilla flavored
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 2 packages of low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. lemon juice squeezed
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch kosher salt
Place all ingredients aside from graham crackers in a mixer and mix until ingredients are smooth and combined.
Select either individual dishes (4) or one pan. Spread graham crackers in the bottom of each individual dish, or across the bottom of the pan.
Spoon cheesecake mixture on top of the graham crackers.
Refrigerate uncovered until set, around 3-4 hours.
It’s not a party without a few CBD-infused cocktails or mocktails- these delicious recipes work well as both!
Lemonade is one of the best summertime drinks out there, hands down, but add in a few raspberries and some CBD, and you’ve got yourself an incredible treat!
Time: 15 min Serves: 4
- 5 lemons, juiced
- 1 Tbsp Inspire CBD honey
- 4 Tbsp regular honey
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 4-5 cups of water
- Ice for serving
- Lemon slices for garnishing (optional)
- Make it alcoholic w/ 4 oz. of vodka
Add the lemon juice, raspberries, honey, and 1 cup of water to a blender and blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
Strain through a sieve into a pitcher.
Add the remaining 3-4 cups of water while stirring until lemonade is the consistency you’d like. If you’re adding vodka, now’s the time to do so.
Put ice into individual glasses, pour in the raspberry lemonade, and garnish with lemon slice if desired.
Hard Cider Sangria
This fruity medley has quite a kick to it! Make it non-alcoholic by using apple juice instead of hard cider, and lemon-lime soda instead of sparkling wine.
Time: 15 min. prep + 30 min. chill Serves: 2-4
- 2-3 cups of your choice of summer/fall fruit: apples, pears, pineapple, oranges, and grapes all work well
- ½ cup of vodka
- 12-16 oz. hard cider
- ½ cup of apple liqueur
- 1 Tbsp. Inspire CBD honey
- 3 Tbsp. regular honey
- 1 bottle sparkling wine
- 12-16 oz. apple juice (for non-alcoholic, double this and exclude hard cider)
- Cinnamon sticks (optional)
Place sliced fruit, vodka, hard cider, apple liqueur, honey, and cinnamon sticks into a large pitcher. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Add sparkling wine and mix. Taste for sweetness, and add more honey as desired.
Serve in individual glasses over ice, garnish with cinnamon sticks, and top with extra apple juice if desired.
