Making a CBD shake

The best way to benefit from CBD added to a smoothie or healthy shake is to either use CBD oil tinctures or CBD isolate. All you need to do is simply adding the desired amount of tincture or isolate powder to your shake after it is blended then blend the mixture again for 10 – 20 seconds to ensure it is fully incorporated. 

It is important to bear in mind that when working with CBD, the amount to be taken differs per individual. When adding CBD to your superfood smoothie, make sure you use the amount you know works for your personal needs. 

Banana Oatmeal superfood CBD Shake:

To make this smoothie, you need the following ingredients

  • ¼ Cup oats
  • ½ Cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or CBD-infused honey
  • ¼ Teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 15mg+ CBD oil tincture or CBD isolate powder

Directions:

Put your banana, oats, Greek yogurt, and almond milk into your blender and blend until it is completely smooth. Subsequently add honey, cinnamon, and CBD and continue to blend for another 20 seconds or till the mix has been fully incorporated. 

Tropical Superfood CBD smoothie:

To make this smoothie, you need the following ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of Spinach 
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • 1/3 Cup of frozen pineapple chunks
  • ¼ Cup of frozen mango chunks
  • ¼ Cup of frozen fresh papaya
  • 1/3-¼ Cup of plain greek yogurt
  • 1/3 Cup of coconut milk
  • 1-3 Tablespoons of honey Or Cbd-Infused Honey
  • 15mg+ Cbd Oil Tincture Or Cbd Isolate Powder

Directions:

Add your banana, pineapple, greens, papaya, yogurt, and coconut milk into your blender and blend it continuously till it is smooth. Subsequently, add your honey and CBD and continue blending for another 10-15 seconds.

Berry CBD and Chocolate beet shake:

To make this smoothie, you need the following ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup of peeled, chopped raw beets
  • ½ cup of strawberries
  • ½ cup of blueberries
  • 1-½ cup of coconut water
  • 1/3 cup of coconut milk (it can be interchanged with the coconut milk)
  • 1-3 teaspoons of cacao
  • 1-3 teaspoons of honey or CBD-infused honey
  • 15mg+ CBD oil tincture or CBD isolate powder

Directions:

Place your beets, berries, banana, and coconut water (or coconut milk) into the blender and blend till the mix is smooth. Subsequently, place honey, cacao, and CBD and blend for another 10 seconds till the mix is complete!

Another Method – CBD or Hemp Tea

This cannabinoid, CBD, and hemp in general, is available in many forms. One distinct way CBD or hemp is used is in tea. Today, hemp tea recipe is one of the most searched for phrases regarding to the subject. There are numerous hemp tea recipes you can call upon to make the ideal CBD tea. Hemp Tea Recipes

CBD tea can be made in two distinct ways – the first option is to use the buds of the hemp plant and the latter is to use the leaves and stems of the same plant. The former is stronger and more intensive while the latter is mild and may be poular with insomniacs to get a good sleep. 

Getting into it: How to make Hemp Tea

Ingredients

Hemp Bud Tea 

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 grams of marijuana buds/flowers
  • 1 tsp of  honey/sugar 
  • 1/2 tsp of butter

Weed Leaf/Stem Tea 

  • 1 tsp of honey/sugar
  • 2 gram of marijuana stems/leaves
  • 1 cup of half & half
  • 2 cups of water

CBD Tincture Tea 

  • 2 bags of black tea
  • Desired amount of sugar
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/4 cup of milk 
  • 2 tbsp CBD oil or tincture

Instructions

Hemp Bud Tea

  1. Chop up and grind the buds into finely ground pieces; subsequently add ½ tsp of butter to the ground mix and stir within a bowl. 
  2. Continue stirring the butter and hemp together till it is completely coated with a layer of butter
  3. Within a pot, boil some water to a simmer and gently place the mixture into the pot. Make sure you scrape the entire mixture of the sides of the bowl in order to get it all out of the bowl.
  4. While keeping the water as a simmer, stir gently for 30 minutes while the tea continues to brew.
  5. Strain the mix after allowing it to cool for a couple of minutes; add honey or sugar to taste and enjoy!

Hemp Leaf/Stem Tea

  1. Grind up the hemp stems (preferably in a grinder) in order to extract as much CBD as possible. 
  2. In a pot, add some water and bring it to a boil; then, put in your hemp stems and half and half into the pot and begin to stir for 5 – 7 minutes. 
  3. Subsequently, strain the mix into a teacup; add some honey or sugar if needed and enjoy!

CBD Oil or Tincture-infused Tea

  1. Boil some water into a pan and pour it into separate cups; place a tea bag in each cup and leave it to steep for two to three minutes. 
  2. Add your milk and CBD oil in another cup
  3. Removing the bags from the water infusion, then add the CBD milk into both cups evenly.
  4. Add your saffron stick and enjoy!
