1 teaspoon avocado
1 teaspoon plain whole milk yogurt
1 teaspoon Soothe CBD honey
Mash together ingredients in a small bowl, until it’s a smooth, consistent texture. Apply evenly to face, and let sit for 20-30 minutes before washing off completely. The fats from the avocado & yogurt make this a super-moisturizing mask, and lactic acid is known for smoothing skin and amping up collagen production. This is a really simple way to show yourself some love, but trust us, your skin will thank you!

We know, we know, champagne holds the traditional spot for Valentine’s Day libations. 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Your lips will love you after this ridiculously easy-to-make scrub! Sugar is a fantastic natural exfoliator, but using it by itself as a lip scrub can leave lips dry. Adding CBD honey to the mix helps moisturize and soften lips at the same time!
1 teaspoon CBD honey
2 teaspoons sugar
Mix the honey and sugar together, massage it gently into your lips, and then let it sit for about 10 minutes. Remove with a wet washcloth.

Take it slow, and really feel how your body moves through each pose. Each chakra is involved with this routine, so it’s great for getting reconnected with yourself.
One of the best ways to get grounded through yoga is to focus on breathing. The lotus pose is pretty simple, legs crossed with feet in your lap and hands resting on knees. But as simple as it is, this is a great pose to practice elongating your spine. Once you’re in the pose, it’s perfect for breath focus. Take time to breathe slowly and deeply, really feel your body as it holds the pose, and allow yourself to feel as if you’re sinking into the ground. It’s one of our favorite ways to relax!
