Spring Detox Juice With CBD Honey

Spring is here!

It’s time to nurture your body with the fresh fruits and vegetables that are so plentiful right now- and what better way to do that than with a Spring Detox Juice with CBD!

How To Juice Without A Juicer:

We’ve all heard the buzz about how good drinking fresh-pressed juices can be for you, right? But buying a juicer can be pretty pricey, and grabbing a juice every day (if there even is a juice shop where you live) can add up quickly.

We’re going to teach you how to make your own juice at home using nothing but a conventional blender! No extra gadgets needed.

Plus, we’ll give you recommendations on how to add CBD to your fresh juice, so you can enjoy the benefits people rave about (think anxiety relief, reduced aches & pains, and sleep aid) along with all the goodness in your glass.

It’s a pretty simple process, actually, and can be customized to your preference- don’t like any pulp in your juice? Strain a few more times. Not a fan of spinach? Don’t worry, there’s plenty of options out there, and at least one you’re sure to like.

Making Juice In A Blender:

Step 1: Clean Your Fruits & Veggies

Make sure you clean any leafy greens well, as dirt and sand can easily get stuck between the leaves. Scrub any hard fruits or vegetables, like beets, carrots, or radishes.

Step 2: Add a few tablespoons of water to a clean blender. For an optional punch, also add the juice of 1 lemon. Then, throw in your greens and blend them with the water & lemon juice for about 30 seconds.

Step 3: Add your other fruits and vegetables of choice, and give them a good blending for about 1-2 minutes.

Step 4: Time to strain! This is what turns your blended fruits and veggies from a smoothie to a juice. You can decide for yourself how pulpy or smooth you want your juice to be, and strain according to that.

Juice Tip: Strain over a bowl instead of a glass to avoid spills!

  • If you’re okay with a little pulp in your juice, using a regular strainer should be just fine.
  • Want a little less pulp? Do a few rounds of straining, and you should get most of the pulp out.
  • Don’t want any pulp at all? Get a cheesecloth or nut milk bag, and use that in place of a strainer for a finer final product.

Step 5: Drink! Freshly made juices are always best consumed right away, so go ahead and enjoy your juice!

How To Choose Your Fruits & Vegetables:

High Yield Fruits & Vegetables- these fruits and veggies produce the most juice with the least amount of pulp, making them ideal for juicing!

  • Apples
  • Celery
  • Cucumber
  • Tomatoes
